- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★My wife and I essentially live grain free but today I bought a spelt loaf from Cannibal Creek Bakery because spelt is an ancient and pure grain and the baker assures me he uses 100% spelt with a unique culture to make it rise. It was delicious - crusty, soft and with a hint of sour dough. All of their breads looks beautifully hand-crafted.
